No Refunds After Campaign Creation

Once a solo ads campaign has been created, scheduled, or launched, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. This is because costs are immediately incurred to secure placements, clicks, and resources for your campaign.

Before Campaign Creation

If you request to cancel before your campaign is created, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit to your account.

Invalid Traffic or Click Guarantee

We guarantee only real human traffic and the delivery of the clicks purchased. We do not guarantee specific conversions, leads, or sales. Since results depend on factors outside of our control (such as offer quality, landing page, and product demand), we cannot issue refunds based on performance outcomes.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of our terms. We encourage you to reach out to our support team with any concerns so we can assist you.
